There are no contracts and no setup fees on any plan, and you can cancel anytime.
Subscribe or upgrade
- Open Settings → Plan & Billing.
- Under Choose a plan, toggle between Monthly and Annual billing.
- Click Subscribe on the Pro or Premium card. Catertoo takes you to Stripe Checkout to enter your payment details.
Settings → Plan & Billing is only visible to the account owner; a team member can't open this page at all and should ask the owner to subscribe or change plans. Enterprise isn't self-serve; click Talk to us on the pricing page to contact Catertoo about it.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Once you're on a paid plan, Settings → Plan & Billing shows a Manage subscription button instead of the plan picker. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can update your card, switch plans, or cancel. Canceling keeps your plan active through the end of the period you already paid for - Plan & Billing shows the date it cancels on - and your account then reverts to Free.
The Free plan's event limit
Free is capped at 3 events in a calendar month (every event counts unless you cancel or delete it). If you try to create or reschedule an event into a month that's already at the cap, Catertoo tells you: "You have reached your plan's 3 events for that month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited events." Pro and Premium remove the cap entirely.
What it costs to accept payments
Taking payments in Catertoo is always optional and separate from your plan price. When a client pays online, you pay Stripe's card processing rate at cost, plus a small Catertoo platform fee that shrinks as you go up in plan: 1% capped at $20 per payment on Free, 0.5% capped at $10 per payment on Pro, and 0% on Premium and Enterprise.
